Founder Chantal Ward, RN comes from an operating room background, and has 18 years experience as a clinical trainer of advanced equipment and technology. Her expertise is acknowledged across Canada and around the world, where she has provided guidance and training to hundreds of clients. Helping customers stay competitive and ahead of the curve through education, training, service, marketing and after-sales support comes second-nature to Chantal.
